At the store you will find good used articles of clothing, furniture, electronics, books, antiques and treasures of all types.
Helping the community in various ways, we
supply clothing and special needs to people in need from the community, through the use of vouchers from our local churches, schools and the Tri Valley Haven for women.
Can you volunteer? We can use volunteers of all ages, there are many jobs required in running the store. Whether you enjoy working with a group, or by yourself, indoors or out. We need your help. Just stop in and ask for Laura, give us a call or email us.
Voucher Program:
The Thrift Store Voucher program allows people who are in need to acquire the items they need for every day living, People in need are identified by an organization such as a school, church, or shelter. The Thrift Store provides vouchers to these organizations which then issues them to the individual. The vouchers can then be used to shop in the store. If you represent an organization which has people in need and would like to participate in the voucher program please contact us using the e-mail link below.
Court sponsored work program:
The Thrift Store participates in a court sponsored work program. Persons assigned public service by the court may fulfill their obligation by working at the store. At this time the store is one of a few organizations that will accept minors for public service. Those 18yr. and older are also able to work at our Bingo game to fulfill their obligation.
